2. Why is my bus sometimes late?
Roadlink India makes every effort to maintain published schedules. However, we are not able to guarantee that service disruptions or schedule changes will not occur due to uncontrollable circumstances such as road conditions, traffic, or weather conditions.
3. What happens if I leave something on the bus?
Items that are left on the bus may be handed to the bus driver. You may check for the item the next day after 12h00 at the Roadlink office on 080 4281 9000. Although we may be able to help locate an item in an emergency, please note that there are different drivers on each route throughout the day, and it may not be possible for us to locate the item until it is handed in the next day. Please try to be extra careful to check that you have all you personal items with you prior to leaving the bus.
4. Are pets allowed on Roadlink India Coach?
No animals will be carried, with the exception of a trained guide dog accompanying a blind person
5. Can anyone charter a Roadlink India Coach?
Anyone can charter a Roadlink India Coach for private use. Contact the Charter department on 080 4281 9000 / 09900094515.
6. What is the average size luggage that I may take on the bus with me?
Our average allowed luggage is 25 kilograms per passenger excess Luggage is weighed and the charged worked out accordingly. The individual Kilo is charged at Rs 20.00 per kilogram.
7. Can I book a Ticket for my return trip?
Yes. The return ticket can as well be booked at our Ticket counters.
